Our Managers

Aileen is the Administrative Manager of SNC and oversees everyone here at Special Needz Coffee. She’s been with us for 2 years. She enjoys creating drink recipes, painting, and trying new things. A fun fact about Aileen is she enjoys thrifting and trying different cafes. Her favorite drink here is the Psychosis with banana cold foam. Her favorite quote is “to let things arrive, you have to let things go”. One word she would use to describe herself is cheerful. 

Samantha is the Operations Manager here at Special Needz Coffee. She has been with us since February 2024! She enjoys playing Fortnite during her downtime, streaming Netflix, and cooking. A future goal of Samantha’s is to earn her masters degree in accounting. Her favorite drink at SNC is the Borderline Latte. Her favorite quote is, “It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” One word she would use to describe herself is resilient.
